Same Pro plan, different billing. Monthly is $39.99/month, billed every month — maximum flexibility.

Annual is $29.99/month, billed once a year as $359.88. That works out to 25% off — about $120 saved per year versus paying monthly. Both unlock the identical full Pro experience.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — cancel in one click from your account settings, no phone calls or emails required. There's no cancellation fee, and you keep full Pro access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. You simply won't be charged again.

Is there a free trial of the Pro plan?

Yes — every Pro subscription comes with a 1-day free trial. You get full access to the entire Pro experience (unlimited GoScore™, GoPick™, football & tennis, live AI scanner) for 24 hours. Cancel anytime during the trial and you won't be charged. If you keep the subscription, your plan ($39.99/mo, or $29.99/mo on annual billing) starts the day after.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Yes, anytime. Going monthly → annual: you're switched to the $29.99/month annual rate ($359.88/year) and charged the prorated amount immediately. Going annual → monthly ($39.99/month): the switch takes effect at the end of your current annual cycle (no refund of the unused portion, but you keep using Pro until then).

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), SEPA direct debit (EU), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, iDEAL, Klarna where available. Payment processing is PCI-DSS encrypted — we don't see or store your full card details.

Can I get a refund?

Once you've used a paid feature (a single GoScore query is enough to count as use), the current billing period is non-refundable — see our Refund Policy for full details. Customers within their 14-day pre-use refund window who haven't used any paid feature can request a full refund. Duplicate charges, billing errors, and prolonged outages are always refunded without question.
